Updates with version 1.3:
- New feature: infinite causets can be represented by replacing event nodes with ellipsis (or other text)
- New feature: labels can be replaced (for presenting different labellings)
- New feature: event names can take any INT value
- Improved font typesetting of labels (using font size macros like iny or scriptsize)
- Package options have been fixed, now only single word options are supported
- Further minor style and bug fixes
