Snapshot of SVN 2607

This release adds experimental functionality to xparse, and also support for this in other areas. It also includes a small number of other changes:

• xparse now supports (experimental) verbatim argument grabbing. As discussed in the documentation, this allows xparse to generate verb-like functions.
• Support function peek_N_type:TF added for testing if a token can be grabbed as an N-type argument.
• l_trim_spaces:n is improved in handling of spaces.
• int_to_base: performance is improved.
• Deprecated functions should now not be used anywhere in team code (in preparation for removal of deprecated functions in a later snapshot).
