Adds small caps, f-ligatures and old style figures to URW GaramondNo8. Also constructs a matching math italic add-on for use with newtxmath. Subject to Aladdin Free Public License.

The new fonts are derived from URW GaramondNo8 (ugm) and so are subject to the same licence (AFPL).
