fontsetup is updated for two reasons

(i) it now supports the 8pt fonts of NewComputerModern (ii) it is now split in two packages: the style files and samples relating to nonfree fonts are put in fontsetup-nonfree package which will be also be submitted for inclusion in https://contrib.texlive.info so that users can easily install it in texlive.
