On Fri, 15 Jul 2005, Martin Hensel submitted version 3.00 of the

mhchem bundle

to CTAN.

Currently, the mhchem bundle consists of two packages: mhchem and rsphrase. The mhchem package provides two commands: one for typesetting chemical molecular formulae and one for typesetting chemical equations with these formulae. The rsphrase package contains the text of all official Risk and Safety (R and S) Phrases that are used to label chemicals. At the time being, these phrases are available in English, German (current spelling), and Danish.

Don't mind about the version changing to 3.00. It is only due to a very small change in the user-interface. However, I promised myself never to use a sub-optimal user-interface only because of `historical reasons', and so I changed the meaning of the ond command. The changing interface in turn had to be reflected in the version number.
