Version 1.01:
 Updated documentation to clarify that apacite and natbib options
 will produce references and citation in APA 6th edition format.
Version 1.03:
 Fixed filename issue with language localization files
 that would cause the error 
headname undefined.
Version 1.04:
 Updated documentation to clarify new features vs. features
 written in apa6 and added table of contents.
