Another fix of `texlinks.sty' v0.7 as of November (-> v0.71). ctanannpref (smart referring to CTAN announcements) gets behaviour according to documentation, as opposed to previous code and my original usage. Tiny documentation fixes (Wikipedia piped links) have been uploaded earlier silently.
