* Update the fonts to upstream v2.002
* Update the package to support new font weights
* Incompatible changes: The macros `	extin` `	extsu`, `	extnu` and
   `	extde` are renamed in order to reduce clashes with other packages,
   most notably `hyperref` and `babel`.
