Update to the graphics-def collection supporting the driver options
 for color and graphics in LaTeX.
* Improvements to pagecolor support
* Supporting the graphics syntax includegraphics[a,b][c,d]{file}
   in pdflatex and luatex matching the existing viewport key in the
   graphicx syntax.
