On Wed, 13 Apr 2005, Philipp Lehman submitted an update to his
csquotes
package to CTAN.
This package provides markup for inline quotations by means of control sequences and active quote characters. The quotation marks are context sensitive, they alternate for nested quotes and can adapt to the document language by interfacing with the <xref refid='babel'>babel</xref> package. The active quote characters and all quotation styles are fully configurable.
