This update adds a number of predefined commands (e.g. a set of articulations, complete the single note commands), provides correct British and American terms for some symbols, and updates the font files from LilyPond 2.16 to 2.18.
Please note: Making lilyglyphs available to plain latex too (instead of only xelatex and lualatex) is part of a crowdfunding campaign to open the music edition that triggered the creation of the package.
