Summary description:  Create ROR symbols which links to the given ROR-IDs

The package got updated with a modern command syntax using xparse
 and etoolbox. Furthermore, an optional argument is introduced to
 print the ROR symbol in black and white only. The argument can
 be set globally as package-option or locally with the inline command.
