Summary description:  Draw causal set (Hasse) diagrams

The colors, sizes and styles are now converted to PGF keys.
 This makes it easier to modify these options for any causet diagram.
 Especially users familiar with TikZ pictures will now be able to change
 the drawing options of diagrams similar to any other TikZ picture.
