The new version fixes two bugs in theorem-like environments defined with spnewtheorem:

- Incompatibility with the 'thmtools' package: the end period after the caption was dropped for some user-defined environments.

- Incompatibility with the 'hyperref' package if both options 'envcountsame' and 'envcountsect' are used: hypertexnames were incorrect and resulted in misleading hyperlinks in the pdf.
