* luatexja-preset and luatexja-fontspec now pass options to fontspec.

* Support unicode-math v0.8a.

* Changed the internal of fontfamily. This makes fontfamily{...}fontencoding{...} more usable.

* U+0080--U+00FF are now treated as alphabetic characters. This means that several symbols, such as ¶ and § are now typeset in alphabetic fonts.
