Summary description: “Aligned” math environments with arrows for comments

In the previous versions of the package witharrows, the environments {WithArrows} and {DispWithArrows} could only have two columns.

In this new version, it's possible to have an arbitrary number of columns of type l, c, or r. This is achieved via a new option 'format' similar to the preamble of a {tabular} of LaTeX.
