This release (SVN 2093)

This intermediate release fixing or improving a number of specific issues. A bug in nesting key operations with keys_set:nn and keys_define:nn is fixed. In the fp module, fp_to_dim:N is introduced and fp_if_infinite:N(TF) is removed. The replacement for the later is to use fp_if_undefined:N(TF) for all results which may not be real numbers.
