The package that I installed yesterday as info/biblio/ttb has been put in info/bibtex/tamethebeast . You can look at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/info/bibtex/tamethebeast Note in particular that the .pdf now works. (Who knew that saving a .pdf from acrobat by printing to a file would cause it to come out as PostScript document text conforming at level 3.0?)
