`typeoutfileinfo.sh' is a shell script for Unices. It runs LaTeX on a here document that reads the file info using the readprov package and shows it by ypeout, that's it (hoping that the latex binary won't add a lengthy report of the run). Thus it aims to be a minimalistic alternative to the latexfileversion and ltxfileinfo packages.
