The nameref package redefines label to have five arguments instead of two, therefore ewlabel{LastPage}{{}{ hepage}{}{}{}} instead of

ewlabel{LastPage}{{}{ hepage}} must be used. (Incompatibility reported at http://tex.stackexchange.com/q/95541/6865, thanks to Michał Herman!) The lastpage package is now compatible with the nameref package.
