Fixed the \hbar command in Type 1 math with LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX. (The fontspec package redefines the command with the macron at its Unicode codepoint instead of its slot in OT1 encoding; this is now reverted if the cmgraded package is used in LuaLaTeX or XeLaTeX with Type 1 math activated.)
