Thomas Hanke submitted the
hamnosys
package.
Version number: 1.0.0 2021-12-14
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: A font for sign languages
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Hamburg Notation System, HamNoSys for short, is a system for the
phonetic transcription of signed languages. This package makes HamNoSys
available in XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX.
The package provides a Unicode font for rendering HamNoSys symbols as well
as three methods for entering them. Apart from direct input as Unicode
characters (e.g. for copy-pasting from other sources), symbols can be
entered as individual TeX commands or as a list of symbol names. The
latter two methods help with source-code readability, as most editors do
not render HamNoSys.

Summary description: Typeset kanbun-kundoku with support for kanbun annotation
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The `kanbun` package, like other *kanbun-kundoku* (漢文訓読) LaTeX
packages (such as `gckanbun`), allows users to manually input macros
for elements in a *kanbun-kundoku* paragraph.
More importantly, it accepts plain text input in the
“*kanbun* annotation” form when used with LuaLaTeX,
which allows typesetting *kanbun-kundoku* paragraphs
efficiently.
