This should fix issues that happen when some packages (for example Hyperref or Fontspec) are loaded in class files. - Set image dimensions for pictures (including SVG) in the ODT output. This should fix the issue that pictures were too small when viewed in word processors. - Fixed support for right brackets in the `mjcli` filter. - Sort YAML header in the `staticsite` filter.
