FoilTeX 2.1.4a fixed!

The first copy of FoilTeX 2.1.4 that was uploaded to CTAN recently was corrupted. A new version has been uploaded and we hope that all the problems have been fixed. My sincere apologies to all who downloaded the bad copy and had problems. Regards, Jim Hafner
