The file contains the unstable, experimental part of pLaTeX2e. * The patch for xkanjiskip around characters with accents has been moved to exppl2e.sty . * A new patch for characters with accents in PDF bookmarks created by hyperref.sty: the above accents patch is not applied for the PD1 encoding. * From this version, platex firstly loads platex.cfg if it exists.
