The fvextra package is now required. This brings the new options
curlyquotes, space, spacecolor, tab, tabcolor, highlightlines,
highlightcolor, numberfirstline, stepnumberfromfirst, and
stepnumberoffsetvalues. The obeytabs option no longer causes
lines to vanish and now works correctly in typical cases.
Line breaking options are now compatible with non-ASCII characters
under pdfTeX.
Fixed a bug from v2.2.2 that prevented the upquote package
from working. As part of fvextra, upquote is always loaded.

The graphics-def collection updated to include dvips.def, previously
generated as part of the latex-graphics bundle.
Also all driver files (except for dvisvgm.def) updated to

which use mag in a way incompatible with the settings
previously added for the setpagesize option.
