Jean-François Burnol submitted an update to the
libgreek
package.
Version number: 1.1 2022-11-11
License type: lppl1.3c
Summary description: Greek letters in math mode from Libertinus or Linux
Libertine/Biolinum
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1.1 2022/11/11
This package allows to set the Greek letters in math mode
to use the glyphs from the Libertinus Serif or Sans font,
via support files for type1 provided by the libertinus-type1
package of Bob Tennent. All Greek letters are defined both
in ...up and ...it variants. The style (ISO, TeX, or
French i.e. upright) can be modified midway in the document.
For a complete math solution, see rather libertinust1math.
The initial 2011 release was set-up to use font files mapping
to Linux Libertine or Biolinum, but the libertine-legacy
package providing this has been obsolete for some years, and
as a result this package was broken on new installations.
The 2022 release has switched to using libertinus-type1 as it
provides LGR-encoded fonts. The package will detect if
libertine-legacy is present and will fall-back to the
`legacy' code to ensure exact backwards compatibility for old
documents on old systems.

crossrefenum is yet another package for rendering enumerations of cross-references

currently supports LaTeX and ConTeXt; since most of the algorithm is written in Plain

License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Use the text font in maths mode
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1.3y 2022/11/03
- re-organize documentation, mention the mathfont package and
explain how to use frenchmath package with mathastext
- new options: ncccomma, binarysemicolon, frenchmath*
- under LGRgreek: ...up and ...it control sequences for all
Greek letters, alphabets mathgreekup and mathgreekit.
MTgreekupdefault (with default 'n') replaces internal uses of
updefault which since LaTeX 2020-02-02 caused systematic 'up' to
'n' substitutions with Font Warnings in the log.
The new LGRgreek features required an extensive internal refactoring
which is expected to not induce changes on most existing documents. But
it may induce changes to those using some unusual advanced mathastext
configuration in the preamble. For details and workarounds make sure to
read the dedicated section in the PDF documentation.

Nicola Talbot submitted an update to the
mfirstuc
package.
Version number: 2.08 2022-10-14
License type: lppl1.3
Summary description: Uppercase the first letter of a word
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This release is part of a set of inter-connected releases all dated 2022-10-14:
bib2gls v3.0, glossaries v4.50, mfirstuc v2.08 and
glossaries-extra v1.49. The uploads will have to be staggered over the course of
a week, but if you update mfirstuc make sure you also update
the others in the set if you require them.
* Reimplemented makefirstuc in LaTeX3. This change supports
UTF-8 with pdflatex.
Rollback to v2.07 provided:
usepackage{mfirstuc}[=v2.07]
* New command MFUsentencecase
This just uses ext_titlecase_first:n
Principle features of MFUsentencecase vs makefirstuc are
listed in Table 1 of the manual.
* makefirstuc has been rewritten to internally use
MFUsentencecase (via glsmakefirstuc), but it still parses
its argument as in previous versions.
* New command MFUexcl{<cs>}
This adds a command to the case-changing exclusion list.
Both MFUsentencecase and makefirstuc will skip the
identified command and its argument, and apply sentence-casing
to the content that follows.
For example, glossaries.sty v4.50 implements MFUexcl{glsadd}
* New command MFUblocker{<cs>}
This adds a command to the blocker list. This is used by
makefirstuc but not MFUsentencecase. If the command is encountered
no case-change will be applied. This is designed for commands
that automatically implement a case-change that may have been nested.
For example, glossaries.sty v4.50 implements MFUblocker{Gls}
* New command MFUaddmap{<cs1>}{<cs2>}
Adds a mapping. This is used by makefirstuc but not
MFUsentencecase. If the first command <cs1> is encountered
it will be replaced with the second <cs2>. No case change
will be applied. (The case-change, if appropriate,
should be dealt with by the replacement command.)
For example, glossaries.sty v4.50 implements MFUaddmap{gls}{Gls}
Order of precedence: map, blocker, exclusion
* New commands MFUsaveatend and MFUsave
