The key 'hvlines' now draws all the vertical and horizontal rules
*excepted* in the blocks (created by 'Block') and in the virtual
blocks corresponding to the dotted lines (drawn by 'Cdots', 'Vdots',
etc.)
Creation of PGF/Tikz nodes corresponding to the position of the rules,
called 'row-1', 'row-2', etc. and 'col-1', 'col-2', etc. These nodes
are accessible in the 'code-before' and in the 'code-after'.
