On Tue, 18 Mar 2008, Michael Nüsken submitted an update to the
computational-complexity
package.
Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/computational-complexity
Summary description: Class originally desigend for the journal Computational Complexity
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The LaTeX2e class cc was written for the journal Computational Complexity,
and it can also be used for a lot of other articles. You may like it since
it contains a lot of features as more intelligent references, a set of
theorem definitions, an algorithm environment, ...
The class requires natbib.
This is the version: 2008/03/18 v2.08. It contains some bugfixes.
(Note that still the combination with hyperref is problematic.)

Summary description: show variants for LaTeX2e
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This small package aims at making debugging (esp. in an
interactive way) easier, by providing show variants suited
to LaTeXe's commands (with optional arguments or robust)
and environments: those variants also display the internal
macros used by such commands, if any. The showcs variant
helps with macros with exotic names.

The following information was provided by our fellow contributor:
Name of contribution: DeLig
Author's name: Daniel Warner
Location on CTAN: /support/delig
Summary description: DeLig disables misplaced ligatures in LaTeX documents
License type: gpl
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
DeLig disables misplaced ligatures in LaTeX documents
using a dictionary approach.
In general LaTeX always uses ligatures for the letter combinations
ff, fi, fl, ffi and ffl.
This is not always correct in the German language, e.g. the word Auflage
may not be printed with an fl-ligature, that is, the fl-ligature in
Auflage must be disabled.
This may be accomplished by using the babel-package and the two symbols
|: Auflage.
The Java program DeLig does this job automatically for you, using a
ligature word list. Please note that DeLig is only as good as the ligature
word list file DeLig.list it relies on.
This version is intended for German language texts only. DeLig is
partially based on the Perl script rmligs by Björn Jacke, in particular
the wordlist data is based on his igerman98 dictionary.
