I've installed a revision of the tugboat macros in macros/latex/contrib/tugboat The macros should be used by anyone who wishes to submit a paper to tugboat, or to a tug conference. Several improvements have been included in this version. * Letterhead and non-letterhead pages can now have quite different dimensions. * Multiple signatures are now supported. * The manual has been rewritten to attempt to make the program clearer. Several minor fixes have also been included. * A number of dimensions have been fixed to actually work. * Labels now work a little better. Please, unpack the uploaded ZIP file in the CTAN directory: systems/os2/epmtfe (Please, do not unpack the enclosed archives.) This is version 4.2 of the EPM TeX Front End, a module for the OS/2 Enhanced Editor EPM. It turns the EPM into an integrated TeX environment, providing (La)TeXing, previewing and executing of auxiliary programs from the editor menu. Two flavors of the TeX Front End are provided: * classic: for use with any TeX system, including emTeX and VTeX/2 * VTeX: for use with VTeX/2 _only_, making the use of this system particularly convenient Each variant is available with English or German user interface. Uwe Kern asked me to add the list of changes to the xcolor 2.0 accouncement of a few minutes ago. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 2004/07/04 v2.00 * New features: - extended functionality for color expressions: mix colors like a painter; - support for color blending: specify color mix expressions that are being blended with every displayed color; - xglobal command for selective control of globality for color definitions, blends, and masks; - multiple step operations (e.g. color{foo!!+++}) and access to individual members (e.g. color{foo!![7]}) in color series; - providecolor command to define only non-existent colors; - definecolorset and providecolorset commands to facilitate the construction of color sets with common underlying color model; - additional 147 predefined color names according to SVG 1.1 specification; - `xpdfborder' key for setting the width of hyperlink borders in a more driver-independent way if `dvips' is used. * Changes: - `color' package now completely integrated within `xcolor'; - `override', `usenames', `nodvipsnames' options and xdefinecolor command no longer needed; - `dvips' and `dvipsnames' options now independent of each other; - racingcolors's behaviour changed to make it more versatile and reduce log file size in standard cases; - divide's syntax made more flexible (divide by numbers and/or dimensions); - code restructured, some internal commands renamed; - documentation rearranged and enhanced. * Bugfixes: - definecolor{foo}{named}{bar} did not work (error introduced in v1.11); - more robust behaviour of conditionals within `pstricks' key-values. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Reinhard Zierke for the CTAN team
