for Greek

Conservative naming:
move definition of ``<`` and ``>``
from ``greek-fontenc.def`` to ``textalpha.sty`` (Bugreport
David Kastrup) to avoid nasty surprises for documents with
local definitions of these macros.
Attention: If your document uses < and > for breathing
accents (dasia, psili), you now have to load textalpha or
define the macros in the preamble!
Fix auxiliary macro names in `textalpha`.

Scott Pakin submitted an update to the
ctanify
package.
Version number: 1.5
License type: lppl
Summary description: Prepare a package for upload to CTAN.
Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
ctanify is intended for developers of LaTeX packages who
want to distribute their packages via the Comprehensive TeX
Archive Network (CTAN). Given a list of filenames, ctanify
creates a tarball (a .tar.gz file) with the files laid out
in CTAN's preferred structure. The tarball additionally
contains a ZIP (.zip) file with copies of all files laid out
in the standard TeX Directory Structure (TDS), which
facilitates inclusion of the package in the TeX Live
distribution of TeX.
Version 1.5 adds support for .map, .ofm, .ovf, and .ovp
files as requested by Yannis Haralambous and support for
.bbx and .cbx files, which are used by Biblatex.
