It was designed for citations in the humanities and offers some features that are not provided by the standard biblatex styles. Biblatex-dw is dependent on biblatex (at least version 0.8) and cannot be used without it. Also, some bugs regarding the xref functionality in citations could be fixed. - BUGFIX: The editors in @incollection, @inproceedings and @inreference entries were printed using the name format 'sortname' ('Lastname, Firstname') where it should have been the name format 'byeditor' ('Firstname Lastname'). This is now fixed. - New option 'omiteditor': If one uses 'useeditor=false' and 'omiteditor=true', the editor in citations will be omitted. The same applies to the xref functionality in the bibliography. With 'useeditor=true', this option has no effect. The standard for this option is 'false'. - The limitation regarding the combination of 'xref=true', 'edbyidem=true' and 'useeditor=false' is no longer valid.
