On Sun, 17 Apr 2005 Uwe Lück submitted the package
tamefloats (previously called noreinserts)
to CTAN.

The former *noreins.sty* against bad interference of footnotes with figures, tables, and marginpar's has been renamed into `tameflts.sty' and appears in a new directory `tamefloats'. Command names have changed as well.
