I have uploaded a new version (#45) of the minitoc package in the /incoming directory of ftp.tex.ac.uk . The file is named
minitoc.zip (3576583 bytes)
This package should completely replace its previous version in
tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/minitoc/
The licence is LPPL.
This package allows the creation of mini-tables of contents, lists of figures or lists of tables per part, chapter or section, with language dependent titles.
This new version has the following changes or improvements:
======================================================================= Minitoc version #45 Suppression of the PostScript versions of the documentation, because the CTAN archives have depreciated this format (but I disagree, IMHO). You can prepare them from the source files or request them to me. Added arab2.mld, bicig3.mld, buryat2.mld, swedish2.mld, xalx2.mld, xalx3.mld, uighur.mld, uighur2.mld, and uighur3.mld. These are minor variants for some languages. Fixes in the `insection' package option. The chapters of the ``Users'Manual'' (first part of the documentation) are re-ordered. Fixes in the mtchideinmaintoc environment (and siblings). Added hints about compatibility with some packages. Added FAQ 44 and the mtcgapbeforeheads and mtcgapafterheads commands. Added some new example files. Spacing correction in french2.mld. Corrections and updates in the documentation and the bibliography. =======================================================================
The admistravive trivia are in the `catalog' file in the distribution.
Note that the documentation is mainly available in PDF form, -- in english (not perfect): minitoc.pdf -- in french: fminitoc.pdf
The INSTALL file (and, better, the ``Installation'' chapter in the documentation) describes the files of this package (the list of files is in minitoc.l).
i've installed the new version, and pushed it out to the other archives; i've also updated the catalogue.
thanks for the upload
