The small changes are related to the introduction of a new style=C, which prints polynomial long division like
(X^4+3X^2+...) : (X+2) = ...
instead of (style=B)
X^4+3X^2+... = (X+2)( ...

Thanks for the upload. I installed the new version as suggested in CTAN:/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/supported/polynom/ replacing the old version.
