Removed graph-related drawing macros (\tkzDrawPointOnGraph, \tkzDrawPointsOnGraph, \tkzDrawPointOnParamGraph, \tkzDrawPointsOnParamGraph). These were incompatible with set_scale and contradicted the Lua-computation / TikZ-drawing design principle.
