graphics-def
package.

The graphics-def collection updated to include dvips.def, previously generated as part of the latex-graphics bundle.
Also all driver files (except for dvisvgm.def) updated to include a test for the the primitive mag being used, and to avoid setting the page size special in that case, after discussions with the maintainers of the Japanese latex classes which use mag in a way incompatible with the settings previously added for the setpagesize option.
