Eledmac :

• ledsecnolinenumber option for sectionning commands
• compatibility with changes in eledpar
• correction of sectionning commands in // texts
• debug eforenotesX and maxhnotesX which didn't work
• correct parafootsep when using with ledgroups

Eledpar:

• new tools to manage parallel ledgroups. Read handbook section 8.

This update also fixes a bug when more than one series of endnotes are used.
