This is an upgrade/refinement of my older osa.bst file of 2002 that is already in the CTAN. It is a full replacement, and the version=1.0 ought be removed by this one here, labelled version=1.2.
Thanks for your update. The file, together with its documentation has been installed in directory
biblio/bibtex/contrib/osa
The old file (biblio/bibtex/contrib/osa.bst) was removed.
