All thanks to Heiko Oberdiek, changes in this version of epstopdf:
* New command line argument --(no)safer which allows setting -dNOSAFER instead of -dSAFER (only for non-restricted). * New command line argument --pdfsettings for Ghostscript's -dPDFSETTINGS. * New command line argument --(no)quiet. * New command line argument --device for specifying a differnt Ghostscript device (limited set of devices for restricted mode). * New command line arguments --gsopts and --gsopt for adding Ghostscript options. * Full support of Ghostscript's option -r, DPIxDPI added. * Support for DOS EPS binary files (TN 5002) added. * Removes PJL commands at start of file.
