The distribution is under the LPPL. The memfixc package provides temporary updates to version 1.2 of thememoir class until the next version of the class is released.
Changes in v1.2 (2002/11/06) o Fix double definition of (lof|lot)depth counters when the subfigure package is used.
i've installed the file as required; thanks for the upload.
