Further minor changes are described in the particular documentation files.
The macro package helvet.sty (part of the PSNFSS collection) is still suffering from the same bug. It will be fixed in the next PSNFSS release, version 9.1b. (Hopefully soon :-)
Many apologies for the problems; the long-standing bug was discovered only recently. See the thread Problem mit key-value-Paketoptionen in the news group <de.comp.text.tex>.
