This is version 2.3 of the German LaTeX2e-Kurzbeschreibung. Main news is, that the document is now released under the GNU Free Documentation License.

Apart from the license, there are only minor changes and updates; see the file CHANGES. (A major revision is due after the release of the next LaTeX2e only.)
