what you've uploaded Two files, rgb.ps and rgb.pdf
which CTAN node you've uploaded to ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/incoming/
where you want the files to go I'm uncertain if both file should be keeped; in my opinion, one only (the .pdf) is sufficient, and you should put it in /tex-archive/info/. If you think that both are to be keeped, put them in a dedicated subdirectory /tex-archive/info/rgb/ .
what licensing conditions you apply to your software public domain
a brief summary of what your upload is intended to do rgb.pdf is a 13 pages document with fcolorboxes showing samples of the 548 colors defined in my X11 database file rgb.txt, together with their RGB decimal/hexadecimal codes, and codes in the format needed by the color package of the standard LaTeX distribution. Pointers to the source code, to some documentation, and to a related program are supplied in the last page.
thanks for the upload. i've installed the files in info/colour/rgb (thus leaving opportunities for the proponents of other colour models).
