i've released v3.22 of the uk tex faq to ctan, and also to the baroque latex->html script at http://www.tex.ac.uk/faq
the release adds 3 new answers (one of which is a reconfiguration of stuff from an existing answer) and 23 revised answers -- see CHANGES-3.22 in the distribution.
there is also a ChangeLog file, though its content is aimed at developers rather than users.
