Code clean-up and optimisation that significantly speed up usage of the package and by extension compile time when writing multiple derivatives
ADDED - new sorting algorithm: `sort-method=lexical` to sort the mixed order alphabetically - added new options: `sort-lexical-reverse` and `switch-sort`
FIXED - bug concerning the `scale-<...>=none` options when the corresponding delim option contained a period - documentation errors
