Release of CTAN version 1.2.3 (2020-08-07)
Several fixes and small enhancement all over the map, changes in the documentation to better explain the reasons and effect of the path-building changes of 1.2.0 and 1.2.1.
- added a Mach-Zehnder-Modulator block symbol as node `mzm` by user `@dl1chb` - add an `open poles fill` option to simplify circuits where the background is different from white - restyled the FAQ and added the explanation of gaps with `nodes` that happens again after 1.2.1 - Fixed the size of not circle in flip-flops to match european style not circle when used without IEEE style - Block anchors: add border anchors for round elements and deprecate old 1, 2, 3, 4 anchors - Fixed some bipole border size to avoid overlapping labels; document it
