mempatch.sty v4.1 (2005/10/06) provides minor fixes to the memoir class,

 memmandadd.pdf is an addendum to the manual (memman) for memoir and 

includes descriptions of the latest macros.

i've installed the files as requested, and updated the catalogue with the new patch number.
