Because arabic language if it is defined in language.dat created a conflict in french.sty, now you should use arabicLang to switch to arabic. Similar conflicts by other languages are treated the same manner.
At the same time, the installations have been simplified and to realize this, the sources of documentation are set on a SVN system, see the README file.
