On Mon, 1 Nov 2004, Philipp Lehman submitted version 2.4 of his csquotes package to CTAN. This is a maintenance update.
ABOUT
The csquotes package: * provides markup for inline quotations * supports both control sequences and active characters * toggles between inner and outer quotation marks for nested quotes * interfaces with babel and adapts quotation marks as required * features fully configurable quote styles and active characters
CHANGES
* Prevent use of RestoreQuotes in preamble * Fixed bug causing premature expansion of quote macros * Fixed bug suppressing kerning before closing quotes
